Daphna Ram, PhD

Senior Research Analyst

Dr. Ram joined ASR in 2023 as a Senior Research Analyst. She has a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University, where she studied the effects of attachment and loss on individual mental and emotional health.

She is passionate about using evidence-based initiatives to promote success and well-being and has had extensive experience working with underserved populations in a variety of capacities. This has taught her the importance of viewing an individual in context to obtain a clear picture of how to best provide support. 

In her free time, Dr. Ram likes to read and watch mysteries, spend time with family, and peruse Petfinder for her future dog.
