After funders have completed their needs assessment and strategic plans, they often want or need guidance to turn their funding priorities into a fundable portfolio.  ASR helps funders define desired outcomes, indicators, and reporting strategies for potential grantees.   We have also helped create Request for Proposal templates, reviewed panel scoring processes, and created new grantee orientation trainings.   ASR has also helped onboard new grant management systems such as Persimmony and Apricot 360.
