Kim Gillette, MPH
Senior Manager
Kim Gillette joined Applied Survey Research in June 2021 and brings over two decades of experience in nonprofit and governmental program management, evaluation, and partnership-building. At ASR, Kim has led and contributed to a range of impactful projects, including the Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Community Health Needs Assessment, annual program evaluations for San Mateo County Juvenile Probation and Riverside County Juvenile Probation, and the First 5 Solano report on foundation giving in Solano County and the Bay Area.
Prior to joining ASR, Kim worked as a consultant with BuildingBlox Consulting, where she provided executive training, leadership coaching, and strategic planning support to nonprofit organizations. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of the Daly City Youth Health Center, managing comprehensive health, behavioral health, and educational services for low-income youth.
Kim holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education and Interdepartmental Concentration in Reproductive and Women’s Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. At ASR, she draws on her background in public health and program evaluation to help partners measure impact, identify opportunities, and inform data-driven decision-making.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys gardening, hiking, crafting, and cherishing moments with her family — especially finding new ways to make her daughter laugh.
