ASR has helped plan and/or evaluate many programs that aim to strengthen protective factors and improve family outcomes. These include home visiting needs assessments in Santa Clara, Yuba-Sutter, Tehama and Siskiyou counties, and evaluations in Solano, Sacramento and Mendocino counties.
