Michelle Luedtke

Communications and Design Manager

Ms. Luedtke is skilled in visualization, information design, and project and staff management with over a decade of experience. Her abilities include graphic design and layout, information synthesis, report writing and editing, infographic development from concept to completion, brand identity, data mapping, and business development. She has contributed to the development of materials across a broad range of areas including assessment and evaluation projects, strategic plans, executive summaries, employee training materials, and web and social media content. 

She is a graduate of Cohort 4 of Leadership for Community Transformation (LCT),  a graduate of Leadership Santa Cruz County (Class XXIV), and a recipient of the “Women in Business” scholarship from the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce. Aside from her work, Ms. Luedtke volunteers her time to various efforts, including the founding, facilitation, and coordination of a Type 1 Diabetes community group and a local Lean In Circle. In addition to these pursuits, she enjoys quality time with her husband, son, daughter, and their cat and dog.

Ms. Luedtke holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in studio art and the other in history, and received College Honors recognition from the University of California, Santa Cruz, as well as the Terence Freitas College Service Award. She also has two years of graduate level coursework in Advertising from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She is currently pursuing her MBA from the University of the People with anticipated completion in early 2019.
