Ms. Gallant has been involved with ASR since January 2017. After earning her BA in art history and fine art at the University of Pittsburgh, she spent ten years as an art educator for museums, nonprofits, and schools. While being involved in the community, she was inspired to create positive change for her students and their families on a larger scale. Her areas of research and passion include education equality, the issue of homelessness, social change, and environmental wellness.
In addition to her work at ASR, Ms. Gallant is a volunteer educator at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History. She enjoys going to museums, making art, mountain biking, playing baseball, and camping.
