Charles Donmoyer, M.P.A. M.Ed.
With expertise in education and people-centered development, Charles Donmoyer has over 43 years of experience working to help improve our world. For instance, Charles is internationally-specialized in supporting child-centered development projects, with over 30 years of management in grant development, writing proposals, grant implementation, tracking and reporting on grant activities (20 of these years working with Plan International). He has audited major grant projects in over seven countries. In terms of content expertise, he has worked in the fields of public education and alternative education, and developed curricula and training programs across a variety of cultures. He has developed public relations programs with various government groups and countries for development.
Charles has a lifelong interest in community-driven projects, believing that people’ advancement and sustainability is directly linked to their being involved with decision-making and implementation in their own communities.
Charles holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a master’s degree in International Education. He also spent two years as Foreign Student and Faculty Advisor at Brown University, in Providence, Rhode Island.
