Applied
Survey Research (ASR) worked with the Community Action Partnership
of San Bernardino County to conduct a Homeless Census and Survey
of San Bernardino County. The census and survey were conducted utilizing
a participatory research methodology, with homeless individuals
and service providers participating in every aspect of data collection.
