In ASR’s continuing mission to help communities improve themselves, it’s important to point out habits of happy people. As more and more research is done in the field of happiness and well-being, there is a gathering consensus on what contributes to a person’s happiness. A recent article compiled some of these habits and is worth sharing with our partners. Some of the recommendations include: 1. Building a strong social fabric with families, friends and neighbors, 2. Practicing gratitude, 3. Valuing material wealth as only a small part of overall happiness.
Many of these 10 things are measured in the OECD “How’s Life?” report. Do you have the 10 habits of happy people? Check it out here.
