"I have worked with ASR for well over 10 years and can't think of any organization I could recommend more highly. ASR is an exceptional organization made up of smart, talented and committed individuals, who also happen to be wonderful people and a lot of fun to work with. They have the skills, knowledge and experience to help anyone from designing a community survey to analyzing county, state or national public policy, and more."

"The opportunity to partner with ASR these past two years has been invaluable to Strategies and to this project. ASR proved to be a very supportive and understanding partner that was exceptionally willing to work with the coaches in creating a meaningful evaluation. I so appreciate your openness and flexibility. You listen so well to what is being said both directly and "between the lines." One of the 5 Building Blocks of our project is the Results-Based Program Performance and Practices. This block focuses on the need for organizations to tell their stories in ways that are compelling as well as fact-based. Participating in this process with ASR has enabled Strategies itself to engage in this "best practice." Thanks for all the great work. We have learned so-o-o-o much!! Thank you, thank you."
—Yvonne Nenadal, Strategies Regional Director
"My experience working with the ASR team has been very positive and productive. They have not only been extremely responsive and flexible to our special requests but also patient working with clients that are new to the entire community needs assessment process. I have learned a great deal from them, we have received excellent and timely results and best of all; they are fun to work with."

"As a result of a grant from First 5 San Mateo County, we began work with ASR in 2004 on the development of a Strategic Plan for the Early Childhood Education/Child Development Programs in the San Mateo County Community College District. A year later we worked together to develop an Evaluation Plan for Cañada College to "Promote Academic Success for Spanish-Speaking ECE Students". These two documents, and follow-up assessments, provided invaluable baseline data and performance indicators that allowed the ECE/CD Program to expand curriculum, use resources efficiently, and address significant community needs. Our respect and gratitude for the professionalism shown by ASR, and for their friendship, cannot be overstated."
—Dianne Eyer, Professor Emeritus, Early Childhood Education/Child Development
